Multi award-winning Australian property developer Crown Group unveiled its much-anticipated $1 billion development, Eastlakes Live, at a star studded red-carpet event at The Star last night which was attended by more than 1,300 people.
The evening was a celebration of innovation and design and was attended by VIP guests including actress and musician Natalie Bassingthwaighte, former Bachelor and fitness coach Tim Robards, Sydney publicist Roxy Jacenko and husband Oliver Curtis, Nova FM radio host Matt de Groot and Australian singer, Pauline Curuenavuli.
Guests were treated to a red-carpet arrival, live entertainment and unique brand activations with the nights festivities all building towards the pièce de résistance – the unveiling of Crown Group’s largest ever model which was dramatically revealed to officially unveil Eastlakes Live and the surrounding precinct; giving guests the first look at a bold vision for Sydney’s new East from Crown Group Chairman and Group CEO Iwan Sunito, who is the driving force behind many urban developments currently shaping the future of Sydney.
Eastlakes Live is Crown Group’s newest and largest development to date. The $1 billion development is set to revitalize the neighbourhood with a vibrant urban hub that blends the surrounding environment and the neighbourhood’s rich cultural heritage. From 400 high-end apartment residences to curated retailers, manicured parks and inspired playgrounds, Eastlakes Live is set to become the vision of future living.
The development was visualised through an intricate three-dimensional model and brought to life with a presentation by its renowned Design Director Richard Francis-Jones of the prestigious fjmt architects.
Mr. Sunito said the event was unlike any other in the industry, attracting the cream of Sydney’s property, design and architectural worlds to rub shoulders with VIPs and performing artists.
“With Eastlakes Live, we’re defining the community of the future, the way of future living, connecting people together to create a place where residents can live, shop and play all in the one place,” said Mr. Sunito. We want to create a great place for people, a precinct, an urban hub, a vibrant community and a destination in its own right; and we are thrilled to be unveiling this unique offering to such a diverse and influential crowd this Wednesday night.”
Eastlakes Live aims to set a new standard for retail excellence with two major supermarkets with fresh food offerings reflecting the diversity of the neighbourhood, a restaurant promenade, street cafes, a medical centre, as well as densely-landscaped gardens and children’s play areas.
Stage One of the Eastlakes Live development will include 134 luxury apartments ranging from one-bedroom apartments to penthouses and 12 retail outlets, with sales beginning in June 2018 and expected construction completion in 2021. Crown Group is now accepting expressions of interest from prospective buyers. Stage Two of Eastlakes Live will complete the new town centre with a mix of residential and retail components, with details still to be announced.
The Eastlakes Live display centre will open from Saturday 5th May, daily from 10am to 4pm, located at 19a Evans Avenue, Eastlakes NSW 2018.
